  • Advanced analysis options include Pair Distribution Function  (PDF) analysis, Small Angle X-ray Scattering (SAXS), Micro diffraction, and Rietveld refinement

  • Precise crystallite size analysis with FP method for R&D and quality control

  • A theta/theta Johansson Kα1 configuration is available for robust indexing and structure solution applications. The Kα1 monochromator can be rapidly interchanged with standard reflection/transmission geometry

  • Operando measurement for observing the reaction behavior of cathode and anode materials during charge-discharge operations using each battery cell for liquid, solid, and pouch cells.
